* Unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange if You have chosen a wrong size, wrong color and wrong type of t-shirt. But We can offer you a low fee for this case.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require an Order Number and Email of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Please keep in mind, for certain situations, we may ask you to return your item in order to process a resolution for you.
Should you need to reaching out in regards to any issue you have with your order, for a quick and easy resolution, please attach a picture of the artwork on your product.
Also you need to provide us your Order Number and Email of Purchase.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
All of our products are custom-made. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours for Rush shipping and twelve hours for standard shipping, or once the campaign ends (whichever comes first).
Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement depending on the situation. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to address any concerns you have.

DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY PRINT
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 499 Keyes St, San Jose, CA 95112.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
